I bought this set in April and am using it for what I originally intended to buy it for. I couldn't get them to work properly for me and they don't roll like they should! I thought it was just me so I ask my husband to help me. We have used hammers of various styles and sizes to try to get the bushings to work properly but to no avail. We not only watched their videos, but also numerous videos on YouTube. I tried to contact the company but they sent me in circles to no avail. Probably because my warranty has expired. I'm so angry because I can't find jacks in local stores when I need them NOW!
