Review on Ultimate Ears MEGABOOM 3 - Portable Waterproof Bluetooth Speaker in Night Black (Bulk Packaging) by Chucky Hepler

Update: Replacement arrived within a few days of the original, and the item was fully functional, in brand new condition and sounds amazing. Rating changed to 4 stars as there is no information on the manufacturer's warranty yet. First review: I purchased the speaker in the bulk box category and it arrived with the speaker blown out on one side, some minor stains, discoloration and marks on the unit. The speaker came with a QC Pass 120 sticker which indicated to me that this item had passed quality control despite not being new and not a reseller/defective. After 3 calls to Amazon no help with warranty information, according to the manufacturer this item is out of warranty. Since Revain cannot answer warranty questions or contact the seller, I am returning the defective item.
