First off, it doesn't include the ability to set your own DDNS or Daylight Saving Time settings, so you'll have to change the time manually. The cameras were throwing timeout errors in the AVSS software and an application that required restarting the DVR (this has happened twice a month since purchase). The remote camera software requires you to sign in with a Zosi account and link your hardware to it. It would be nice if there were alternative ways to view cameras remotely, which isn't the case. If Zosi ever decides to close up shop, these cameras will most likely not be visible outside of your home network. This is the third system I have installed in the last few years. The other two were Q-See, which were more reliable in terms of performance.
