I purchased this item on April 25, 2020. It worked fine for several months and eventually started making a high-pitched squeak when vibrating. The noise is very annoying, so I didn't use the device that often anymore. I contacted the seller and explained my situation. I also asked about the guarantee which the seller didn't answer. The seller suggested that this might be because I haven't used the device setting for a long time and the noise was caused by normal vibration. The device hasn't been tuned for a long time and I can understand the usual vibration noise, but that was beyond that. I wrote two additional replies to the seller explaining the noise he is making and they refuse to reply. This is terrible customer service. Dissatisfied customer. The device has not even lived 1 year without giving me any problems. Now I'm stuck with a device that sounds like a squeaky belt in an old car.
