I have been able to pay off all my loans with this service! It is an amazing system, they are always willing to help you no matter what your situation may be or how long ago you enrolled in their program. No problems at least so far!! Very great experience thusfar. They even sent me additional items when i was first signing up which made everything easier/less stressful (i am sure there were others who had more trouble than myself but that's just because of bad luck). That I can set up my own payment schedule, pay off all of my balances at once instead of spreading them out over time or paying small amounts each month. Sometimes there is not enough money in your account when you try to do an auto-pay but if that happens just wait another day. This has made managing our loans so much easier as well! It also saves us from having to talk with multiple lenders about different options.
