My husband ordered this for me (I wasn't actually told I had plantar fasciitis but I have all the symptoms so I think yeah yeah, I diagnose myself lol) for my heel. Although there were good reviews, I was still skeptical as I was in severe pain. Well it turned out to be the best buy. We were literally blown away by how quickly the pain went away. I made sure to keep doing this at night and it was so painful I can't even tell you BUT it ended up bringing me so much more relief. Just to give you an idea, in the morning when I woke up my leg was so bad that I had to get up, shift all my weight to the other leg and of course tiptoe. Then I had to stretch my leg and put on Nike sneakers to relieve the pain. Now I don't have to do that anymore because of this little ball that looks like a dog toy hahaha.
