Review on Canon EF-M Laowa 65mm f/2.8 📷 2X Ultra Macro APO Lens with Improved SEO by Lisa Love

I use - or have - my Laowa 65mm 2X lens on a daily basis in my work and while I'm very happy with the optics, the focus ring has completely failed. It took me days to even get a response from Laowa, and then they just dodged requests for more "video" of the issue. A company genuinely interested in not only making the quality of their lenses stand out, but also honoring the warranty and providing exceptional customer service would have already provided me with a return label and offered to ship a replacement immediately. As it stands now I'm losing daily income and honestly I'm wondering if it's really worth sticking with the Laowa brand and not a more reputable company.
