Review on 🛢️ Cigar Blend Beard Butter by Grave Before Shave by Shannon Smith

UPDATE Previously found a review about 90 seconds in the microwave and then freezing for 12 hours - done and voila, fixed. I would have given 5 stars but the supplier never contacted me so I'm exhausted. This is the second time I've bought this. The first time was great! Liked the texture and smell. The second time around the consistency wasn't like butter but more runny with tiny globules of oil - see photo comparison. Even in cool climates, it never returned to normal. I want to keep using this but not like a new batch. I hope the seller will contact me and provide a replacement to fix the problem.
