I love this thing. It looked a bit rough and textured in the photos, but it's actually very smooth. I like it but if you want more textured grips it's very smooth, almost slippery. it's worth it, although the color is shiny and super iridescent like in the photo. The seller has a youtube video on how to disassemble the controllers and install these panels which makes removing the panels easier. Thought I'd break the plastic, but the side panels snap into place so the sound crackles when you take it off. fits like a glove and i love it. can replace the side panels and eventually return to the original panels for better support. If you're worried about the texture, it might be a good idea to get the bezel-only version they sell. Really appreciate the little screwdriver and screw set, I used the original screws but it's nice to have extras on hand. By the way, there was no sticker in the training video, behind the battery. I had a sticker on it but you can cut a small hole where the screw is, it pushes in and flexes so you don't have to peel everything off to get to the middle screw. just poke a hole and cut a little to get to the screw.
