I'm an adult and it was difficult for me to collect this. It has sharp points and edges on the mirror that require fumbling to peel off the foil, turn over and then push firmly through the cardboard. cheap, outer parts are cardboard. The part you spin doesn't spin easily (cardboard against cardboard) and comes off every time I play with it (I remember being fascinated by them as a kid, wanted to see how it worked and my own put things in). it's also about half the size I remember. As they say it takes pretty sharp pictures and I got it cheap out of my system.
