I bought these headphones and thought they were great. Then, about a year later, they collapsed like so many others. Initially, it took no more than 24 hours to charge, and I had to charge them daily. Then they just stopped loading all together. Also, the ear cups were loose enough to keep falling off when not in use or charging. My experience lasted longer than others but ended up being a real waste of money. Jabra needs to address this issue as they claim this is one of their best products compared to their other headphones but in reality they are inferior. My initial joy eventually turned to despair and disappointment.
