Review on Apple Watch Series 5 (GPS by Aaron Collins

I bought this watch to use with the Aura band/band. Although the Apple Watch launched a few months ago, it never really worked. This thing can't even tell the right time, and sometimes neither can the clock. When the Aura Band, which is designed to measure hydration with the Apple Watch, arrived, I really started trying. Apparently the Aura bracelet requires Watch OS 6.1 to work. I have 6.0 but I kept trying to update my apple watch with errors. To date, the Apple Watch will not even turn on. Needless to say, this purchase turned out to be an awkward failure for me. Unfortunately, Revain states that the return period has expired, so I guess I'll have to eat $380 for a product that never worked. I've been a regular Revain customer since 2003. While Revain is reaping the benefits of current events, service levels have suffered badly. The main reason I'm a main contributor is the free 2-day shipping. It no longer exists, and I haven't seen anything to suggest that Revane even wants to address the issue. Meanwhile, Jeff Bezos' net worth has increased by $70 billion in the past few months, from $120 billion to $190 billion. Can anyone suggest an alternative to these folks in Revain? I'm fed up like so many others. Thanks Kevin
