I tried to contact the seller but the contact page didn't work. This is a very good product. He's not "quiet" - he's quiet. Besides, it's attractive. BUT the volume is very small: 1 inch more on all measurements makes a big difference. It could spend most of the night on low power if it doesn't shut down when it's still half full. Press it again (when you wake up) and it will restart and run to the end. There is clearly a problem here.
