My company has used Insightly for over 4 years and couldn't be happier with it!!
This software works really well for us during onboarding of new clients or employees because it quickly checks their information against our database using different fields such as first_name last_name etc., It also allows me to set up filters so I only get emails from certain people who meet my criteria.
Sometimes there might not always show when someone changes something like phone number but overall we've had very few issues since implementing this system over 4 years ago! We have never received any complaints about how fast/reliable this platform performs compared to others out there - its pretty much perfect!!
Pros
- Also has an easy way where users don’t need passwords anymore; just use biometrics instead :) You are able to see all contact details including full names without having to add them
