bought this when i went on vacation and wanted a beach/swim/surf shirt that i could wear to and from the beach day in and day out, at least on days that i was it didn't want to go the sun. It was absolutely perfect for what I needed and I'm considering buying a few more for swimming and even winter use. It's basically just thicker underarmor with a longer waist and sleeves. It's really comfortable to wear day to day and doesn't sweat like regular under armor. Sizing will of course depend on the size you wear, but buy it as a cross between a regular shirt and under armor. Your normal size will be comfortable but slightly loose. One size larger will be looser and one size smaller may be more form-fitting/compression, such as B. under armor.
