We bought Halo bulbs for our TV a few months ago and they work great. Very easy to install and configure. We liked it so much that we immediately bought another one for our holiday apartment. Again easy to install and configure. We adjusted it to the color we liked and we were done. After about 3 days the light was still working but not responding to the remote control. I changed the battery in the remote control and the problem didn't go away. We couldn't change the color. I called the phone number listed in the owner's manual and left a message with the problem. I didn't expect an answer, but within 20 minutes I received an SMS asking me to explain my problem in more detail. The support rep was very friendly and knowledgeable and said he would send me another set. The next day they sent me a photo of the receipt from the post office and I received it in 3 days. I can't say enough good things about this company's customer service. They really stand behind their product.
