Updated test report: After 3 months, the devices make a high whining.

Update 2: Customer service was great - they responded within hours and sent me a new product. Very impressed with the service and responsiveness. Update 1: First review below - after about 3 months, the device is now making an annoying, high-pitched whine. I'll see if there is customer service/warranty support. If so, I'll update the review accordingly, otherwise I'd have a hard time recommending a device that failed so quickly. In general I like the product very much. Works as expected and is inexpensive. The USB ports are also useful. Cord length is good, wall plug rotates and is flat so it doesn't protrude. 2 cons/improvements: 1) USB ports take up the same amount of space on the power strip as 2 full-size plugs, so saves you searching for a power adapter, it doesn't save space (they can be next to each other, add more USB- connectors, the strip may have a different connector or be an inch or two shorter). It seems like 20% of the strip used for the USB ports seems like quite a bit of dead space given their small size. 2) The plugs only seem to work when rotated 90 or 180 degrees. You cannot tilt the socket 45 degrees and insert the plug. Not a problem, but an annoyance compared to the Belkin strip I have that allows the fork to be set at any angle.

Pros
  • Stylish and modern design
Cons
  • Not bad but...
