It was a good product presentation and looked the same but I don't think it's a genuine product. If they change the quality of that particular brush head to a harder one I guess I'll have to find another brush as it should be the softest head in their line. I am a dental hygienist and I buy the same brush head every time and this time I chose this one on a 4 pack deal thinking it was the same product but a better deal. It is NOT soft and flimsy like the ones I've had before and has shorter bristles. I requested a refund the moment I felt it touch my gums. Sorry but it's true. I've ordered two packs which I usually get from Amazon instead and am hoping it's the same nozzle I've gotten in the past. Edited: The same two packs I got from Revain are still the same and this is the TRUE product. The bristles are much softer than in this 4 pack.
