I installed it according to the instructions and everything was fine on my first scooter ride. On my second ride with the holder (and iPhone) I noticed my whole arm started vibrating. I wasn't particularly concerned as my phone seemed securely held in the rubber corners. I turned the faucet on and turned it on - drove another 20 miles or so (on paved, groomed roads) and the metal lever broke! The arm broke sending the handle/claw and my phone out into the street. I was only moving at 40 km/h during a break, but my phone (still in the scratching post) ended up on the street and was hit by a car behind me. The part of the bracket that attached directly to my mirror was not damaged, but the metal had sheared and broken! NOT SATISFIED AT ALL with the workmanship and now I have to replace my phone.
