Ball joints are not pressed onto the base. It almost crashed while saving my phone.

Ball not attached to base pin. I'm not even sure how it's attached, maybe glue. But after months of use with almost daily bumpy road rides, my heavy high-end phone detached when the ball slipped from its base pin. When trying to catch the phone and stop the bike, I almost fell and the phone landed on the ground with a broken screen. It might be fine for smooth rides, but if you're into bumpy roads I wouldn't trust that if you value your phone. .

Good things: Cradle

Just as good as the Ram mount. However, with two additional rubber plugs, the Bixby button always works on my S8+. Gonna cut 'em down

My wife installed this on her scooter and it broke and her phone fell on the floor. Luckily the phone is fine but the mount is broken

Nice bassinet mount

I've used this mount for about 5000 miles now. Works great and holds up great. Tightens just right so your phone doesn't jump or move. Doesn't move even when driving at 140 km/h (maybe a closed highway). It's very large so it fits in any phone you have. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a cell phone holder.

The materials are of poor quality, fragile - they cost me the price of replacing the iPhone!

I installed it according to the instructions and everything was fine on my first scooter ride. On my second ride with the holder (and iPhone) I noticed my whole arm started vibrating. I wasn't particularly concerned as my phone seemed securely held in the rubber corners. I turned the faucet on and turned it on - drove another 20 miles or so (on paved, groomed roads) and the metal lever broke! The arm broke sending the handle/claw and my phone out into the street. I was only moving at 40 km/h…
