Review on Allegra Vintage Gilding Metallic Burgundy by Ryan Draper

I just received my dress today (about 2 weeks) and it is very beautiful - I am impressed with the quality, at least without the packaging. The stars really shine! However, it is short; definitely need tights with it. I'm teetering between 20 and 24 (probably closer to 24 at the moment) and have ordered 3X. (At Target I'd probably go 2X, and at Old Navy I'd go XXL rather than 2X if that helps. This dress really reminds me of the dresses in Old Navy that have a sheer overlay.) My experience with no-brand clothing been all over Revain but luckily I put it on and it fits me well and I wasn't wearing any supportive clothes either. The fabric doesn't stretch very much so it might be difficult for those taller than me. Not a lot of leeway, but definitely hides that pesky midsection. My hands are also bulging, the sleeves are not small! The waistband is elastic and doesn't cut in (at least with my first sock). I don't have large breasts so the top fits well but I see a problem for wealthier ladies. The neckline is modest, suitable for family or work events (tights are also required here). I'll try to post a photo when I get a chance. Overall I would recommend this dress but like all foreign clothing that tries to fit plus sizes it definitely goes up a size.
