Review on 🌿 Balego - BAL1950 Cervical Pivotal Therapy Pillow, Occipivot with Trigger Point Massager and Occipital Release by Barb Parker

Recommended by my physical therapist when treating my neck/shoulder pain. Due to stress, I feel a lot of tension in my lower skull and neck, causing stiffness and pain. The tendon-relaxing motion they did with their fingers to relieve the pressure helped, and he had that in his office and it helped too. He told me I could use it and it would have the same effect and said I could get it on Revain. I bought one and used it several times. It definitely helps me. It doesn't fix everything, but it helps. I have also used it when I had very bad pressure/tension headaches and nothing relieved the pain. it helped alleviate everything and the pain finally subsided. Worth buying for me! The foam is very dense, wraps the head well. I put it on the floor and use it under my head. You simply position it so the grooves meet the back of the skull when needed to reduce pressure build-up. It's very durable but not too soft and uncomfortable, just the right amount of balancing material.
