Measurements: 6.5" long, 4.5" high, 2.5" wide. Inside, the large bag stretches a little but is not very tight. Smaller divided pockets do not stretch. The inner pockets are raised about ½" from the bottom of the bag, preventing larger items from standing in the bag. The zipper is plastic and unmarked, but it is smooth and comfortable to use. I really was surprised at how nice it opens and closes It has a nice faux leather zipper The bag stands on its own whether open or closed (if you have heavy objects on one side it tilts or topples over) The bag isn't soft and light.Items will cause the sides to bulge when overstuffed.Durability and Value:This is a new bag and will take longer to determine but due to the relative low price and materials, it won't last forever. Since the price is affordable, I think it's still good value for money. Various Uses: First Aid Kit: I bought this to use as a small first aid kit for a baby diaper bag and it works very well for that. If you need a very organized or large first aid kit this won't work, but for my purposes it was perfect. Tech Kit: I thought this might resemble the classic Bellroy bag in terms of a tech organizer. It works pretty well to get the job done, but it won't take long. It includes the mouse inside, but it's not ideal. Without a mouse inside, it closes and works fine. Many of the small pockets are too small to hold technical equipment. A pen will do, but you must put it away. Cosmetic Bag: This bag is designed as a cosmetic bag and surprisingly I think it performs the worst at this task. It is too short to hold long tubular items such as mascara, lip gloss, makeup brushes upright. These things need to be arranged, which requires a lot of attention and organization. Any long makeup brushes like foundation or blush brushes were also too long to put away. The double ended Naked Eye palette brush is hardly suitable for application. It certainly fits a sufficient amount of makeup; You lose only part of the organization. Small dopp kit or bathroom bag: This bag will fit your basic toiletries but not great and there are better options for small dopp kits. The main downside for this purpose is that it will NOT fit a standard sized toothbrush (even if it's diagonal). It also doesn't have a hook for hanging.
