Review on 🐶 Hurtta Monsoon Coat - Premium Dog Raincoat for Ultimate Rain Protection by Amanda Young

I needed a fur coat to keep my guide dog dry as bringing a smelly, wet dog into a shop or restaurant is not very welcome! This coat keeps my dog absolutely dry, it's very soft and thin so it fits my harness very well. The cords are easy to pull and tighten. The strap that attaches to the back to keep the floor dry is very simple. Especially for the blind. This coat is better than what I've seen my other blind friends do for their dogs. My only complaint and the only reason I'm giving 4 stars is the rear leg straps. I wish I could attach the back legs without lifting my dog's paws up and stepping inside. I can't tighten these leg straps enough to make them dangle, but they are small and don't seem to bother my dog at all. Since I use a service animal, I do business, wear business attire and have to take off my coat when my feet are wet. This coat is well stitched, soft, light weight and initially I didn't think it would keep my dog as dry as it does now. I would recommend this coat if you want to keep it dry and keep the dirt off your dogs butts in the stroller on those rainy and muddy days! You must stick to the specified size as this allows for tightening in the tail area. If you are unsure and need to go up or down a size because like me you sit on the middle, then sizing up was my perfect choice. Absolutely amazing coat! Please remember to make hind leg control easier for the blind! :) I LOVE my dog fur!
