I like that it is easy to use with many different types of users - from non-IT folks who just want access without learning IT stuff (which we don't have) all through our CIO down into support staffs at various levels within an organization so everyone can work together effectively as needed or desired by management/customers alike! The interface could be more user friendly but overall this has been great tool which helps us get things done quickly while keeping information private & secured when necessary yet available if required too!!
