After a few days of wearing, dark spots appeared on my neck. At first my boyfriend thought I had a bruise. We noticed that the rose gold plating was coming off the necklace. Or what color he said it should be. It was definitely not the color it should have been, it didn't match any of my other jewelry of any shade. Rose Gold, Silver, Gold, Pewter. They call it. It was such a beautiful necklace that I really wanted to wear it often. So this is pretty disappointing. I've worn it intermittently longer than I could return it. I was hoping the coating would peel off enough that I could wear it without getting my neck dirty or looking like I had a bruise. Not yet. So we bought a ring with a similar design.
