So in 2 years I bought 4 ratchet straps from different sellers. The first two I got were broken levers and had to be returned. The 3rd strap was fine except when needed to undo it. Basically you had to pull the whole buckle which resulted in the other side of the buckle being pushed into your waist. That was very uncomfortable. The belt had to be replaced because the buckle part ended up falling off the leather strap somewhere and I never found one. I just got this new BOSTANTEN belt and I could say right away that it's better than any other option I've tried in the past. First of all, the buckle itself is really good and has a significant weight, decomposition Personal shades of black chrome with subtle lines for the pattern. The strap itself appears to be of good quality and will hopefully hold up (time will tell). The only downside I would like to point out is that the end of the belt doesn't quite reach my 2nd loop to hide in my pants after cutting. I didn't want to shorten it to leave enough space in case I gain weight in the future. It would be nice to have a sliding loop on the belt itself for this. But that's very slight as the strap flexes naturally and doesn't dangle, and you really can't tell even with your shirt tucked in.
