Helps stop cramps!

Take this the night before and 90 minutes before your workout and it will preload your body with electrolytes so your body absorbs them better when you drink water, sports drinks or electrolyte blends. I'm 5'11" and 240 pounds, so I've found that I need something with more calories when I'm active, which is why I use the Infinit Nutrition Personal Blend version, developed with their in-house nutritionists. They mix everything in one bottle, no need for separate gels or snacks on long bike rides, but they're still runny enough for my body to absorb easily without pulling water out of my body to digest.
