[I think] a well-made, undamaged hat is excellent. I have ordered 3 times and all 3 have something wrong with them. material defect. Folded and damaged. Deformed / deformed. Also, this hat is just phenomenal! Unbelievable! Fabulous! I think I've found my perfect sun hat. beautiful crown; Good ventilation/airflow; WIDE brim; Amazing weaving and draping! Unfortunately they cannot ship me an item that is not custom made. *Hopefully the product quality will improve. Maybe I'll try my luck again next year. Much luck!
