🤠 Women's Crocheted Raffia Cowboy Hat by San Diego Hat Co. Review

I've had this sun hat since 2017 and it still works like a dream! I've worn it to the beach, pool, outdoor activities and the fields keep their shape. It's sophisticated yet casual and I get loads of compliments every time I wear it.

My straw hat arrived in a smaller box than the hat. He fell apart. When I touch the hat I feel like it will fall apart in my hands. I have never worn it. A few years ago I bought a Lowe's straw hat that needed replacing. The quality of this new hat is very, very bad. Now I'm looking for a straw hat to replace my old one. I would give this hat 0 stars if it was possible.

Single use meaning you will use it once! but for daily use in the field - forget it! I'm HVAC Tech, these straws are fragile, the sun will easily destroy them, bullshit! Took about 48 hours. Instead I went to an exchange meeting, a Mexican has them for $5 and much better quality, real straw. Not like those fragile sticks designed to build a nest for hummingbirds.

I have been sewing women's hats for 20 years. And I must say that the forehead is made of cheap material. Sweat is not really "transported away". The wire in the edge is incredibly flexible, poor quality. If they spent the extra 3 cents on a high quality viscose wrapped brim this hat would get 5 stars. Good styling, beautifully tightly woven. Saved on essential design elements that could have made a real difference if they were of higher quality.

I bought this cap in 2016 and it's still in great condition and looks great! It has an amazingly wide 6 inch bezel. I got lots of compliments! It looks very elegant with a nice wide black ribbon around it - I feel like a movie star wearing it. In the beginning it kept its shape; now, 4 years later, it's a bit more flexible. Have packed it in my suitcase for many trips, left the brim flat and just tucked my socks into the top of my hat. GREAT HAT!

This is a nice good quality wide brimmed hat that I wanted to use as a garden hat. However, it is a thick and heavy hat. I think I'll get used to it. However, the head size does not match the height. I'm frustrated that I have to tuck the stuffing behind the elastic to keep the hat on my head and not fall off. I'm not the type who likes to send things back. The package arrived in flimsy packaging, so the hat was flattened and deformed. The option not to select a size and the indication "one size" in the list are wrong. The hat label says "Unisex Medium" which is great for my head. The hat is unstable, the fields do not stand out straight, but hang down. Would I buy myself a hat if I knew all this? I decided this would be the best replacement. I am SO disappointed in this hat. I wore it once before there were little straws sticking out of the hat. When the first one popped out I pulled it out thinking it was it. no At the end of the day, this hat looked like I had worn it for years. The quality is poor and the fit was strange for me.
