Product: It was smaller than I thought it would be, but compared to the mirrors I tested, this size is a safe bet as everything else for Makeup area might be too big for me. I don't want a super big mirror because when I do my makeup I like to stand next to the mirror and with this mirror it's easy to move around. It's pretty durable and definitely not cheap! I like that I can rotate it. I like that you can adjust the brightness for any type of lighting and the ease of use. If you're having trouble with this I don't know what to tell you but I literally unpacked it, plugged it in and played around with the settings. Also included was a cleaning cloth. The packaging was great. It was double boxed and wrapped in foam. I'm glad I found this on Revain because I was seriously considering buying one of the Impressions Vanity but they were so expensive and not the size I needed. He came when he should have come. The only thing I had trouble with was knowing if Revain had already accepted the payment because it showed up in my account and when I checked again it didn't show up in my account so I was concerned that it had could be delayed. but it came on time.
