I've been using these nails for a few months now and am working on a second box of these. The included glue sticks VERY well if you use the included file to file a bit on a real nail. No need to destroy your real nail, just rub it a little. They last about a week and a half for me before I have to change them. Put them on quickly once you get used to them. I arrange the correct sizes and just go down the row, varnish them in one coat, quick drying nail polish (in the picture I used Sally Hansen color foil in Pink Platinum and LOVE IT) and at least you're good to go. an additional week less any polishing work required. I type a lot for work every day and that's a great length to deal with. I break sometimes but not often. Compared to the time, quality and cost of a salon manicure, this is a lot and the quality is definitely there. I love her.
