I’ve tried a couple boar-bristle brushes and this one is the winner! The bristles aren’t too soft where they just bend and only semi-brush my top layer of hair… these bristles get exactly what I want so I can blow dry each section picked up while also dispersing the natural scalp oils through the length of the hair.The handle is ergonomic & made out of wood. Being that it’s wood, there are natural ‘imperfections’ which you can’t see due to the stain & finish but can feel in your hand. It’s very minor and the quality of the bristles make up for any small imperfection with holding the handle. Overall, I do recommend!
