Review on Rada Cutlery Cheese Knife Stainless by Craig Shah

We live near Rada's shop and my mother in law has this knife. I had to borrow it at a family party and I really liked it so I bought one. Sometimes I get burned with a Revain order and get counterfeit or poor quality products, but that's the real deal. It slices through the hard cheeses we like with ease, feels solid, the blade doesn't bend, and the handle fully covers the blade shank so there's no risk of it peeling off. Although with a black pencil everything can be different. I have a few other knives to replace and will test this brand first when the time comes. I can't afford to be a knife snob so it's nice to have a good quality, inexpensive option.
