First, I want to say, I really like these laces. I was a bit skeptical about the waves. Wasn’t sure about wavy laces. However, they do measure right. If anything I ended up needing some laces a bit longer for my boots. My error. However, the waves do stretch out, luckily for me! Once they did that gave me the exact perfect length of laces that I needed. It was a good thing I didn’t buy a lace size bigger. Otherwise if those waves stretched out then it would’ve been too long. I’m happy with these laces. They feel like they are of good quality and are going to last. I don’t mind that the waves are not permanent. Perhaps they still have slight wave to them still but that’s barely even noticeable. However, I do want to mention I do pull my laces tight in my boots. If these waves are meant to not last, then oops, my ignorance! I’m not your regular lace buyer! So for those who don’t know, now you know! I just found out!
