Real energy efficiency
These lamps are excellent for low intensity use as indicated. They're also great for ceiling fans because they're small and don't stick out above the shade. If you are reading in a room with a ceiling fan, have a floor lamp or table lamp for that reading. Outstanding energy efficiency. In my opinion, 3 watts equals 25 watts. Can't comment on longevity as I've only been using it for a year. I've "bought" again and would buy again if I needed more
