These gloves really helped with my strawberry colored hands and feet. They rinse off easily and I haven't noticed any decrease in effectiveness after a few uses. If you want to actually visually see how hard it's peeling off your dead skin, take a hot shower for a minute, then turn off the water before scrubbing (warning, that's pretty harsh, but fun). You'll figure out the right cleaning intensity pretty quickly to achieve the very noticeable dead skin removal you see in TikTok ads. Be aware not to get too used to this intense scrub - it was so satisfying for my arms and legs that I thought it would be fun to do a full body scrub. Areas like chest/neck are WAY too sensitive for anything other than light rubbing with these gloves. I still look like I have a decent tan due to my mistake and my neck is not happy. This is probably common sense for a lot of people, but for those of us who are too concerned about hygiene and skincare, consider this your warning.
