I bought these to replace the traditional in-ear headphones I wore to sleep because they hurt my ears. I was hoping the headband would work better and I gave it a star because it lays flat between my ear and the pillow and doesn't hurt. However, the headbands themselves are very wide and huge around my head and there is no way to adjust them. It keeps sliding and the speakers don't stay on my ears. Which is actually fine, as the lowest volume is still way too loud when right over my ears. All in all rather disappointing. Wouldn't recommend it.
