I have replaced many computer chairs over the years. Wheels always break when caught trying to roll the chair. The padding also compresses again and again and becomes uncomfortable. Or cheap material makes you sweat after sitting for a long time. The wheels of this chair will not get stuck when you roll the chair. The cushioning is springy and supportive. The back is breathable and ergonomic. I have lower back issues where most chairs hurt a lot, but this chair provides support in all the right areas. I can sit in it for hours without feeling uncomfortable. I often stay up so late at the computer that I fall asleep in this chair because it is so comfortable and relaxing. I got up from my desk with back pain long before I was ready to give up a task I was working on at my desk. I would buy a second one for work if I wasn't so sure it would be stolen by co-workers.
