I got these for my Nintendo Switch after the JoyCon started to open with minimal pressure, easy to install, took no more than five minutes to install, all you What you need is a micro-Phillips screwdriver, a size 0 triangular screwdriver and tweezers. 1- First, remove the 4 Phillips screwdrivers on the back of the JoyCon, pry off the cover with your fingernails, being careful not to damage the ribbon cables. between the cover and the controller. 2- Unscrew the silver Phillips screw that secures the rails to the back cover. 3- Unscrew the black Phillips screw that holds the metal bracket to the top of the rail and use tweezers to try and pry the metal of the bracket that is slowly approaching the ends so as not to bend it. 4- Once the metal brace is removed, gently squeeze the spring holding the old plastic buckle and gently pull it towards you so it doesn't pop out. 5- Replace the plastic buckle with the metal buckle forward and pah steps back and you're good to go.
