Unsatisfactory warranty experience with customer service
After a few weeks one of the decoders started to flicker. I've been told by customer service that I need to cut out a defective Image Proof Decoder before getting a warranty replacement. I have still used this decoder for driving, even with intermittent flickering. I am an avid fan of the Alla brand and have them in my Jeeps, Rangers and Siennas. After that, I swap Alla in my cars for other brands.
- Fixed light flashing or flickering / clears radio interference and lights off on engine start / clears error message from OBC
- The list will be long.
