I bought this item to replace one that I have had for years without a problem. Eventually I noticed that its edges were thinning and irritating my wrist. At that moment I decided to replace it. After checking the available products I settled on Sabona Copper 54665. After the expedited shipping I started wearing it. After about two weeks of wearing, I noticed that both ends were very rough, as if ignored when polishing and trimming the sabona. Also the cut ends are rough and scratch my wrist when I try to take it off for hygiene reasons. The terms of this purchase through Revain are not what I expected. I didn't keep the invoice but would appreciate the option to return it for a replacement I can carry or a refund. It also appears that the top layer is peeling off, despite being sold as solid copper. The copper used to make this bracelet is very hard and very difficult to adjust to fit my wrist, which poses another challenge when it comes to cleaning. Thank you, I hope for a positive answer soon.
