Doesn't help at all for the purpose it is intended for.

I followed the instructions but it didn't work. I'm quite disappointed but I just use a handy padded bag to carry it inside when I need to wash it and then take it out. (like a wicker bag) so I don't have to carry the insoles to the washing machine, I won't buy again. stuck inside. Just throw away or simply use as a pouch to store dirty liners. I hope this helps anyone looking to buy something like this.
