I've been looking for a cable that will allow me to use my latest 27" iMac from 2009 as a target monitor for my HP ProBook and MacBook Air. This cable works great. All you have to do is plug it in and press Command+F2 and the connected laptop's screen will appear on the iMac.Press Command+F2 to switch between the laptop screen and the iMac screen Connections seem to be very good. StarTech support is also very helpful and quick to respond if you have any questions.
