Review on ๐Ÿพ Mini Kotobuki Condiment Containers: Adorable Animal Friends for Bento Box by Lynn Cook

Revainrating 5 out of 5

They're adorable and hold just the right amount

They were a gift, complete with bento box, lunch box, Totoro and Kotobuki drink containers. The little boxes are absolutely adorable, cute little cartoon characters and vibrant colors. They're plastic, but I'm not sure if they're BPA-free, I didn't ask. I would advise against letting small children play with them as they are small, nor would I wash them in the dishwasher as they will melt if dropped. They seem to have about a tablespoon of dressing, small lettuce seeds, sesame seeds for their rice plate, marinade, soy sauce, and even some yogurt or sour cream. Two of them opened up in their lunch bag and made a mess, not sure if they just weren't closed properly or just opened up like that, time will tell. I would use them for older kids or adults as small spice bowls but not for small crafts. They were delivered quickly and she was perfectly happy to have them as part of her new set. I'd love to find other containers that are a bit larger, but for her needs she says they're pretty good. I believe they are from Japan but they must be shipped from the US because she received them fairly quickly. They're really good for people who are also losing weight, bento boxes don't hold that much food and these containers will help you not get overwhelmed with refills!
