So sweet and helpful! ✧・゚: *✧・*:・゚✧*:・゚✧

So cute! A lot of reviews say they are small and that's true, but! They are the perfect size for me and for all bento boxes I think! ^^ They can be used for things like spicy mayonnaise or soy sauce! I really recommend them! super cute and useful little things! ✧・゚: *✧・*:・゚✧*:・゚✧ Thank you for that! ^_^

Sweet but not for liquid sauces

I wouldn't say they're airtight, if the liquid is liquid then no. But if the sauce is thick, then yes. I sometimes make a thick mayonnaise sauce and shoyu for veggies, they are very good for that. On their own, they don't work well for Shoyu. Thinner sauces tend to leak poorly. I usually use them for furikake and thicker sauces.

Cute but small for food storage

I bought these because of the reviews that said they were airtight. So far I've never had a problem with anything leaking. I really like the drawings of animals, they are very cute. They're small but fit just as much as I need and are great for all kinds of lunch/bento boxes. Although I mostly hand wash them, I've washed them in the dishwasher and haven't had any problems so far.

Better for thicker spices

These containers arrived on time and are perfect for bento. So far I've used it for soy sauce, butter, salad dressing, and other salad dressings. While it won't open in my bento, for more runny things like soy sauce, it's not fully sealed and will leak a little, but not too much; I still use it for soy sauce no matter what. They are much better suited for thicker sauces or dry condiments. The plastic that holds the cap is somewhat fragile, so it should be washed gently.

Very cute but smaller than you think

Lately I've had my kids bring lunch to school now and then. We love the bento idea because it's colorful, imaginative, and fun. I ordered them hoping to use them for sauces rather than one of the large containers that came with their lunch set. They're great for thicker sauces or condiments like ranch, ketchup, etc. When we used them for soy sauce, my kids' dinners ran out by the time they were ready to eat. They're also quite small, so this will likely come in handy for those counting…

They're adorable and hold just the right amount

They were a gift, complete with bento box, lunch box, Totoro and Kotobuki drink containers. The little boxes are absolutely adorable, cute little cartoon characters and vibrant colors. They're plastic, but I'm not sure if they're BPA-free, I didn't ask. I would advise against letting small children play with them as they are small, nor would I wash them in the dishwasher as they will melt if dropped. They seem to have about a tablespoon of dressing, small lettuce seeds, sesame seeds for their…

After a year and a half they are still good

I bought them in January 2014 and I am still happy with them. Of course they are cute, but they also do their job. The lids are still attached to the container body. Despite washing (sometimes in the dishwasher) they still have pictures on top. This is a flip top cap, not a screw cap (as the description states) so they are not airtight. (If you need an airtight screw cap on a larger container I'd recommend Lunch Bots, one of which shows its size in my photo. At least that's what I use when I…
