Overall good product but part missing
The product is very strong and appears to be strong. I installed a 65 inch TV so I'm hoping it will last. Installation was pretty easy once you know how to find your rivets. However, before installing, do not rely on the instructions as most of the time they are just pictures and there are no clear instructions. I am intimidated by the number of pieces included. You only use the parts that fit your TVs. I am giving 4 stars because the products came with a missing part which I had to put off installing for a week. Customer service was excellent. tho you replied to my email very quickly, very responsive and sent the missing part straight away.
