READ THE INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY!
I assumed you just throw them away and they do the rest. When I first used, I put in after loading the clothes, a lot of my stuff came out ruined. He turned into this hard plastic goo that stuck to everything. When it dries it will be like super glue. Can not be deleted. I wonder if that's even soap. So it turns out that before loading the laundry they need to be put in the 1st so that they have time to dissolve. I've used the rest of the packaging but I don't think I'll buy it again. Always afraid it will happen again
