They work very well
These are Velcro straps for securing cables and cords. I had a huge mess of cables from my computer/monitor/printer/etc. and within minutes of getting them everything was organized and no longer looking like a rat's nest. The design allows you to use all or part of the length, depending on the number and thickness of the cables. They are also strong enough when fastened to hold even a cable together under some tension.
