Review on Wolf Tooth Direct Chainrings Chainline by Larry Allen

Worn out all my gearing and replaced everything. I can't install Oval 34T on my bike so I have to do it. The perfect combination on my Gearedtail Eagle GX 12. I can go up without much difficulty and down very quickly. If your frame doesn't fit the 36T (which the oval has on one side) then this is a good compromise. I run this with a short chain and don't seem to have any issues. Word of wisdom, change the chain often and you don't have to buy a whole gearbox often. 1x12 gears have tighter chain wear tolerances than traditional old school cogs and I didn't know it.
